Severely Matted Dogs:

If it is going to be painful for the pet, we do not do it. Occasionally, we can set aside time to work on certain hair types but for the most part, prevention is key. If your pet arrives with matted hair that will take extra time to SAFELY brush out – you will be charged at the groomer's discretion.
