Call us to schedule your dog's first visit

Before anything else, give us a call. We'll put your dog on the schedule for their temperament assessment — the first visit where we make sure your dog is a good fit for our group.

First visits are available Monday through Friday at 8:30 AM or 12:30 PM only. Plan to stay about 15 minutes when you arrive to fill out a quick form.

Current vaccinations required

Call your vet's office and ask for your dog's vaccination history. Your dog needs to be current on three vaccines before their first visit:

• Rabies
• Distemper — the full DHLPP combo
• Bordetella

Not sure if your dog is up to date? Your vet can check. You'll need these records for Step 3.

Set up your free PawPartner account

PawPartner is the app we use for all scheduling. Creating an account is free and takes about 5 minutes. Once you're set up, you'll:

• Add your dog's basic information
• Upload the vaccine records from Step 2

Your vaccine records must be in PawPartner before your dog's first visit. If you have trouble with any of this, just call us — we can walk you through it.

Bring your dog in for their first visit

Drop your dog off at your scheduled time. You'll stay about 15 minutes to fill out a quick application — then we take it from there. Your dog stays at least 4 hours, and the longer they're with us, the better we can see how they settle in.

If everything goes well — and it usually does — you'll get the all-clear and your dog is officially part of the Diggity Dog family. After that, you can book daycare and boarding anytime through PawPartner.
